this post is for a good friend who may be moving here and hasn't been to barton springs, i figured some pics of the cool, clear water would be tempting--even if it is closed for the season.... always something to look forward to for next summer!
another one of my fav things is flip happy crepes just off barton springs and lamar where i will take my sister when she comes to town for a visit--something i can barely wait for! it will be an eating festival for sure!! yum! this was the peanut butter something... whatever it's called it was delicious! sugar coma for sure.

That place looks awesome. I have a friend in Austin and I'm gonna have to bug him for never taking me there when I visit. Thanks for posting about it.
yeah, flip happy crepes is awesome!! i just ate there this morning and had one of their breakfast crepes for the first time--wow!! it was great!!! better than any breakfast taco i've had by a long shot! you must go.
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
